| Sculptural Lampworking Basics |

Many of you have admired Devin’s goblets in our studio, and have asked if he would teach sculptural techniques. He has agreed to share his knowledge with you. In this 2 day class, learn basic sculptural techniques, how borosilicate glass reacts in the flame, and color dilution. Devin will also be teaching the difference between proper and improper seals, bending glass and how to make spirals. The last 2 hours of class each day will be used for additional practice. Devin will be available for assistance during the practice sessions. Lunch will be provided both days. Previous lampworking experience is required. All required tools and materials are included, but feel free to bring any of your own tools and glass.

To allow individual attention for each student, all classes will be limited to 6 students. Classes require a minimum of 3 students. Students must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise noted in class description. Payment must be made in full to reserve your place in class.
No refund can be given for cancellations made less than a week prior to the class. If the class needs to be canceled by the instructor or by Glass Obsessions for any reason, a full refund will be given.
